1. No Refund After Resource Deployment

Once resources have been deployed for your project, Skieztechnologies does not offer refunds. Resource deployment includes but is not limited to the commencement of design work, allocation of personnel, and utilization of any tools or assets for your project.

2. Asset Verification Before Commencement

Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and verify all design assets, project details, and specifications before the commencement of any design work. This includes mock-ups, drafts, or any other materials presented for approval. Skieztechnologies will not be responsible for discrepancies that were not identified during the verification stage.

3. No Complimentary Works for Performance Evaluation

Skieztechnologies does not provide complimentary design works for performance evaluation. Clients are expected to assess the capabilities and suitability of our services through our portfolio, client testimonials, and discussions with our team before engaging in a paid project.

4. Communication and Revisions

We prioritize open communication with our clients. If you have concerns or require revisions during the design process, please communicate them promptly. Our team is committed to addressing your feedback and making necessary adjustments within the scope of the project.

5. Cancelation Before Resource Deployment

If you wish to cancel your project before the deployment of resources, please notify us at least 10 days before the agreed-upon start date. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of project planning and preparation.

6. Force Majeure:

Skieztechnologies shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of any government, war, insurrection, sabotage, terrorism, embargo, fire, flood, strike, or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or third-party services.

7. Modification of Refund Policy

Skieztechnologies reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
